Darkness is creeping into the city of Bristol, and we’re not talking about the autumn dusks…

For two nights only, Compass Presents is bringing an immersive outdoor expanded cinema screening of David Lynch’s delightfully dark Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. Illuminating the more sinister side of Twin Peaks, the 1992 film recalls the penultimate events which occurred during the last week of Laura Palmer’s life.

Vividly realised by Sheryl Lee’s captivating performance, prepare to enter the dark and desperate atmosphere that resides in Palmers final moments and have your emotions toyed with as Lynch thrashes you from disturbance to fear, to melancholy and back again as you bear witness to innocence drowned in a circle of desperation.

Situated in St. Werburghs’ Boiling Wells Amphitheatre, settle under the stars for Lynch’s unsung masterwork to send shivers down your spine. Tickets for festival passholders are priced at a discounted price of £12, while general entry is £15.Tickets are on sale now but fair warning –  as darkness falls the owls are not what they seem…
